History of Kim Jeong Moon Aloe

Kim Jungmoon Aloe remains a pioneer in the aloe industry, constantly researching and developing products, and growing into a global enterprise.

1975: Kim Jungmoon, the founder of Kim Jungmoon Aloe, established the Aloe Research Society, becoming the first in Korea to research and cultivate aloe. He focused on the medicinal and cosmetic benefits of aloe, laying the foundation for future product development.

1976: Kim Jungmoon Aloe succeeded in the first commercial cultivation of aloe in Korea. This milestone marked the beginning of extensive research and development into various aloe-based products, building the company's reputation.

1981: Kim Jungmoon Aloe was officially incorporated as a company. From this time, it began mass production of health supplements and cosmetic products, introducing the benefits of aloe to a wider audience.

1984: The company began expanding its business domestically and internationally by launching aloe-based products, particularly in cosmetics and health supplements, which gained significant popularity.

2000s: Kim Jungmoon Aloe entered the global market, supplying aloe products worldwide. During this period, the company embraced eco-friendly product development and sustainable management, focusing on its role as a socially responsible company.

2020s: Kim Jungmoon Aloe continues to innovate with ongoing research and development, releasing a variety of aloe products. The company now focuses on not only health supplements and cosmetics but also the integration of biotechnology in product development.

The place where fresh and healthy aloe grows. The KJM Jeju farm is composed of organic farmland and an aloe processing factory. Only 3 year-old aloe, which is grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, is harvested for processing. 

The Jeju farm is only one place in the world where everything you could ever want to know about aloe can be found. There are 500 types of aloe around the world, of which some 450 types are grown on the Jeju farm. Not surprisingly, looks like a botanical garden dedicated to aloe. An aloe farm of this scale and with such diversity of aloe species is rarely found in the world.
